Gallifrey was just brilliant, even if it did it's best to kill me at the end.

I attended more panels than in previous years, got to dance a little and more importantly got to see a dalek get it's groove on. I spent a good amount of time hanging with old friends (although never enough and not all of them) and made new ones as well, which to my mind is the sign of a truly successful convention.
